A youth died after sustaining critical injuries in a violent group attack reported from Bhubaneswar, triggering swift police action. The incident occurred following an altercation, during which the victim was allegedly assaulted by several individuals using blunt objects. He was rushed to a nearby hospital, where doctors declared him dead during treatment.

Police officials confirmed that one minor involved in the incident has been detained for questioning, while five other accused persons are currently absconding. Special teams have been formed to trace the remaining suspects, and raids are being conducted at multiple locations in and around the city.
